Overcoming Self Sabotage

I met Christy during this difficult time at a spin class. With her kind warm smile, she introduced herself and I was not sure why I was meeting her. I soon realized as she appeared at what was the perfect time, with her consummate bright smile, she was a light of support and hope for better days ahead and to guide me on another journey of continued self-awareness and soul searching. What would be different this time with another “heartbreak” I asked myself? I have been immersed and committed to so many types of personal development, therapy and faith in my catholic roots. Yet I was repeating the same patterns and experiencing the same feeling of self-doubts, unworthiness and "what did I do wrong", and Christy recognized that immediately.....why, because she had led the same life. I was completely lost despite “working so hard” to be the best me I could be. This is where Christy started and is today sharing with me that that I wasn’t doing my own self-improvement for me, but rather was doing it to get the approval, love, acceptance of a women who wasn't capable to reciprocate. Christy talks about and had done "the work". She has walked the walk, and has come out the other side for what I hope and believe for all of us who are not there yet.

Completely and faithfully believe that Christy can bring you to a place you have never imagined.....That is what I am believing....I am looking forward to the journey!

Thank you, Christy, for the incredible opportunity to join you in this transformative journey. By prioritizing to take care of myself over these past few weeks and dive into the inner work, I've become more empowered and a more fulfilled version of my best self, most of which has taken place while reprogramming and reframing my past trauma. I've always heard the saying "we must feel to heal", but never have I fully embraced the emotions that l've feared to address in the past like I did during the "Tapping the Trauma" & "Overcoming Shame" modules. The Spiritual Gym workbook has been very useful and a great way to keep myself on track. I will be continuing to use this journal daily alongside my meditation and visualization practices. Without a doubt, if someone will dedicate the time and energy to be consistent and be willing to put in the necessary work, they too will have life-changing, transformative results from this course! I am forever grateful for your guidance over these past few weeks!

Overcoming Self Sabotage

I cannot say enough good things about this course! It has been such a blessing! I really enjoy the morning work and will definitely continue with it! It is such a great way to start the morning and set off on the right foot, I can tell the difference between days when I take the time to do it and days that I don't. The different modules, trauma, shame, and eventually life mapping tie together so nicely and really help build positivity and self love. I love how real and honest Christy is about her own past experiences and personal growth journey. We all self sabotage in some ways and she does a great job of relating her own experiences to what each participant may be experiencing. If you are on a journey of personal growth this is the perfect course to add to help get to know yourself and help yourself grow!
